Group bookings

Thank you for your interest in holding a group booking of more than 13 guests at Floridita London - we are looking forward to seeing you at Floridita London. With a live Cuban band from approximately 7.30pm every evening, Floridita is the number one live entertainment restaurant and bar in the heart of the capital's West end. Followed by our fantastic Latin American DJ’s playing until 3am Thursday to Saturday and 2am Tuesday & Wednesday, your guests will have a truly memorable dining experience.

Food & drink

Our head Chef has specifically designed our group menus to enable both our kitchens and service team to cater for larger parties, whilst offering our guests the same signature dishes that are infamous with Floridita around the world.

Our group choice menus are available for up to 22 guests and offer a selection to choose from on the evening. Parties greater than 23 guests need to select one of our set menus which allow us to accommodate groups of up to 130 guests. A vegetarian alternative will be made available on the day, although we do ask for details of those guests requiring such dishes. Your menu choice is required a minimum of 72 hours prior to your booking date. If you have a standing function, then our canapé menu offers a great selection of 1-2 bite, meat, fish and vegetarian canapés perfect for a networking event. Canapé orders are required five days prior to your booking and all items are subject to supplier availability.

We would also recommend pre-ordering a white and red wine to accompany your dinner, along with Champagne and cocktails if organising a standing function. This may seem a little eager, but as we have an extensive selection we may need to order greater quantities of certain wines to accommodate your group. Deposit

In order to confirm all group bookings we require a £10.00 per person deposit. This is required via the ‘Terms and Conditions booking form’ which can be downloaded below and will be refunded onto your bill on the day. If you have booked a club table or an area that has a minimum spend, then it is this amount that is required as a deposit, which will be deducted from your final bill on the day.

Private and semi private dining areas

We also have a number of private and semi exclusive areas available for hire. With great views of the main stage, we can accommodate bookings from 2 – 120 guests offering an intimate and private space for your guests to enjoy for the entire evening. Each has it’s own minimum spend that needs to be reached to secure the space. Please ask our group reservations department for details of pricing and availability.
