Group bookings

Thank you for your interest in Floridita London - we are looking forward to welcoming your group. Should you have any questions or would like to make a provisional group booking please contact our reservations team on +44 (0)20 7314 4000 or email sohoevents@floriditalondon.com.

We recommend an early arrival to sample one of our delicious cocktails at the bar before dinner.

From 9pm on Tuesday- Wednesday and 10pm on Thursday – Saturday the Floridita stage comes to life, offering a glittering array of live entertainment continuing until the early hours. The programme embraces cabaret and live music to create the backdrop for London’s premier supper club. Open until 2am Tuesday and Wednesday and 3am Thursday, Friday & Saturday, our resident DJ takes you through until the early hours.  We operate a smart and glamorous dress code.

Food & drink

As a group booking we ask you to select from Floridita’s group menus at least 72 hours prior to your reservation. These are designed so you are able to tailor a menu to the exact requirements of your group and allow us to cater for larger parties whilst maintaining our excellent standards of food and service. Mix and match the dishes from a selection of our most popular to create your own menu.

Groups of 13 – 22 may select up to three options per course for their guests, larger parties of 23 or more will select one unified menu. A vegetarian alternative will be made available on the day, although we do ask for details of those guests requiring such dishes. Please see our Group menu below.

For both pre dinner and standing receptions our delicious canapé list is available. Canapé orders are required five days prior to your booking and all items are subject to supplier availability. We would also recommend pre-ordering a white and red wine to accompany your dinner, along with Champagne and cocktails if organising a standing function. This may seem a little eager, but as we have an extensive selection we may need to order greater quantities of certain wines to accommodate your group.  Please see both our wine and cocktail lists below.

Deposit

In order to confirm your group booking we require a £10.00 per person deposit. This is required via the ‘Terms and Conditions booking form’ which can be downloaded below and will be refunded onto your bill on the day. If you have booked a club table or an area that has a minimum spend, then it is this amount that is required as a deposit, which will be deducted from your final bill on the day.

Private and semi private dining areas

We have a number of private and semi exclusive areas available for hire. With great views of the main stage, we can accommodate bookings from 2 – 120 guests offering an intimate and private space for your guests to enjoy for the entire evening. Each has it’s own minimum spend that needs to be reached to secure the space. Please ask our group reservations department for details of pricing and availability.
