Please read the following carefully as any use of our website and purchase of our products is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Shopping with Floridita

After purchasing from this web site you will receive an email with confrimation of your order details and the amount paid. An email order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet the requirements of your order.

It is against the law to sell or supply intoxicating substances such as wine to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Prices

Our prices are shown on our website, and include VAT at 17.5%. Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.

We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.

All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

Payment

You can pay on-line with any of the following credit/debit cards: Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.

We currently debit money from your account within one working day after we have received your order.

In the unlikely event that your card is used fraudulently as a result of a transaction on our website your card provider will normally reimburse you for any loss you suffer except for the first £50 of any such loss. As a gesture of goodwill and in order to give our customers peace of mind in ordering online we will reimburse up to £50 should you become liable for this amount due to a fraudulent transaction.

Orders placed by fax or phone and not paid for by credit or debit card will only be processed once payment has been received and cleared.

Delivery

UK Orders are delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This is included in the prices shown on the web site. We aim to deliver your good within 3-4 working days after your payment has been processed. Please note you will need to sign for your items. Your delivery will arrive between the hours of 9am - 5pm.

International deliveries are made by arrangement only and costs will vary depending on the the size, weight and destination of your order. After placing your order for international delivery we will contact you to arrange a delivery cost and take payment. Returns

You may return your order for any reason at any time up to and including 7 days from the date of delivery provided the goods remain unopened and in their orginal packaging. You are required to arrange and pay for postage of any returned goods.

To arrange a return please contact shop@floridita.co.uk and we will allocate you a Returns Code. Please include this code with the package to ensure we can process your return as efficiently as possible.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery). Please ensure returned goods are stored safely as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged whilst in your care.

Once we receive your returned good a refund, if appropriate a refund will be issued for the full value of your purchases. This will be charged back as a credit to the card used for the original purchase.

Faulty Goods

If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact shop@floridita.co.uk and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact us first and we will allocate you a Returns Code (which you may wish to include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible) and we will also advise you how to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded), but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

Our responsibility

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.

We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.

You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and using this web site you agree to reimburse us for any loss that you cause us as a result of any such misuse.

We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by us. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.

You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose.

We will use the information which you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our website may contain links to other websites which are not under the control of and are not maintained by us. These links are provided for your convenience only and we are not responsible for the content of those sites.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
